Summary

The data controller is ES Innotel Kft. (1034 Budapest, Beszterce utca 20., Hungary; info@innotel.hu).

Through the contact and support forms we process the data you submit (name, email, company, optional phone number, message or ticket details) together with the submission time and IP address, based on your consent or the performance of a contract. The customer portal is a separate system with its own data processing; this website does not handle portal credentials.

Data processors include Resend (transactional email) and our hosting provider (Oracle Cloud). You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing at info@innotel.hu. Complaints can be lodged with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH, www.naih.hu).
