Summary

ES Innotel Kft. (registered office: 1034 Budapest, Beszterce utca 20., Hungary) provides cloud and on-premises IP PBX and SIP trunking services to business customers, with numbers from its own ranges and number portability administration.

Contracts are concluded in writing based on individual quotes. Fees consist of monthly and traffic-based charges, invoiced electronically each month. Issues can be reported via the support form on this website or the customer portal; availability and repair commitments are set out in the SLA annex of the individual contract.

For all questions of interpretation, the Hungarian version of the Terms of Service applies, and Hungarian law governs.
